Enzo Canale new EP!
A. ALAMEDA. AA. CONCORDE
Released Jan 25th 2010 digitally.
Gung-Ho! Recordings
Enzo Canale is another international gem discovered by Gung Ho! and is producing tunes to fit the UK & international dance scene alike. He started his music career in Rome going down a altogether different path. Enzo was heavily into Britpop in the 90’s playing music in a band who idolised Oasis, Blur and Supergrass. But it all changed in when he caught onto the Daft Punk phenomenon that was sweeping through Europe in the 90’s. Since then Mr Canale hasn’t looked back and has been producing electronica and DJing in his home country of Italy! Following a busy New Years schedule Gung Ho! is proud to introduce Enzo Canale to the UK with this awesome EP. Alameda is a throbbing house track that could easily be used to both lift up a crowd in the early set or keep the feet stomping well into the morning! Concorde is a straight up banger! It clearly shows Enzo love for a party with a break down and drop that will tear up any dancefloor!

British Tinnitus Association collaborates with world-class artists to raise awareness
The British Tinnitus Association (BTA), the only UK charity solely dedicated to supporting those with tinnitus, has teamed up with its newly appointed ambassador – radio presenter and DJ Eddy Temple-Morris – to host a free music event featuring some of the world’s biggest DJs and both established and emerging bands to launch the start of Tinnitus Awareness Week 2010.
For this extra special event Eddy has assembled his very own sonic army – all of whom suffer from tinnitus - to help drive home the message, increase awareness and encourage people to protect their ears while enjoying music to prevent permanent hearing damage. Each DJ will pick and play one record resulting in one of the largest DJ mash-ups of recent times, which will be given away as a free download to all guests who sign up for the BTA mailing list on the night. In addition there will be a live performance from electro-punk outfit Burn The Negative and a full DJ set from Eddy Temple-Morris.
The event will be free of charge with donations to the British Tinnitus Association welcomed upon entry. During the evening the BTA will be giving advice and support, and providing personal hearing protection to all attending the event. A Harley Street audiologist will also be giving clubbers the opportunity to buy bespoke hearing mould fittings at a discounted price. Co-host of the event, Eddy, hopes to increase awareness of the risks of exposure to loud music, while dispelling some of the myths associated with the condition. “I’m delighted to be helping the BTA to raise awareness of tinnitus. It’s a condition that I’ve experienced for several years and one that affects the majority of my friends and colleagues in the music industry as a result of exposure to loud music.”
Throughout the awareness week, which continues until Sunday 14th February, the BTA will be promoting coping strategies and simple relaxation methods that tinnitus sufferers can use, as well as providing top tips for alleviating stress to reduce the effect it can have on tinnitus. Believed to cause 70% of visits to doctors and 85% of serious illnesses, stress can also be directly responsible for triggering and aggravating tinnitus. The BTA’s campaign will therefore be used to provide people with a deeper understanding of stress-induced tinnitus so that sufferers and those exposed to situations of pressure can cope better and reduce their anxiety.
The BTA is a world leader, with a trained team of friendly and experienced advisors for anyone who suffers with tinnitus or those simply seeking guidance or information about the condition.
For advice, support and information about tinnitus call the BTA freephone helpline on
0800 018 0527 or visit the BTA online at www.tinnitus.org.uk

New Year! Lots to be pumped about!!!
The Japanese Popstars second album! This the most anticipated electronic record of the year! I can't say too much but I can reveal that there will be some very interesting vocal collaborations from a variety of special artists. The release date isn't set in stone yet as the final touches are still being added. From what I've heard so far from the album its gonna be bloody huge!
Petter & The Pix - Good As Gold. Two years after we released the first Petter & The Pix album Petter dropped Good As Gold in our lap. The first album 'Easily Tricked' was a hit with any one who heard it and this one is a massive leap forward musically! The sounds, melodies and general vibe are bigger and more confident. A few tracks are up on there myspace to give you a taste of whats in store. March/April has been penciled in but you'll all be informed in due course.

Burn The Negative second album. Showing that our bands are growing at a sonic rate the Burn The Negative boys are sending through demos that are quite simply spellbinding! The electronic darkness still hangs in the air like a saucy perfume but now with a years touring the confidence to lay down some massive hooks and razor sharp vocals is evident! The BTN second album is shaping up to show the world what they really can do! As with The Japanese Popstars second album its still in the production phase so no release date has been set yet.
EP's and Mixes! In the next few month there will be loads of delights to keep your juices flowing. Dr Strangelove Feat DJ Lottie is imminent with the EP being released Jan 14, shortly after is the Gung Ho! debut of Enzo Canale and also in the pipeline is a big EP from Gung Ho! Ledge Luke Walker!!
