Viann - Urban Sense EP
Viann is a producer hailing from the haven of dance itself, Sao Paulo Brazil! It may be the home of the sexy samba but Viann (real name Silvio Vianna) has taken to making music at the other end of the dance spectrum. This EP casts a slightly darker mist over the Gung Ho! catalog and throws itself into the early hours of a forward thinking techno dancefloor. 'Urban Sense' pulls you into the track with a solid bassline and keeps you locked in hypnotic clicks. 'Frenetic' is to be played no earlier that 5am to get those heads down and hands up!
Viann is on the case to get more out in the New Year so keep your ears out.

Disco Of Doom - New Gung Ho! Signing
A. In Effect AA. Butter Fingers
Rising up from the gurgling belly of the underworld comes Disco of Doom AKA London-based DJ and production duo Tom Real and Ben Medcalf. With a shared appetite for destruction and a love of loose women Disco Of Doom sees the duo deliver sick electronic bangers to destroy dance floors across the globe. Signed to Gung-Ho! The EP follows recent gems from the likes of The Japanese Popstars, Tom Madiccott and The Yank. Butterfingers and In Effect are two weapons that will utterly destroy the floor.
Already their previous EP’s have been supported by the likes of Alex Metric, Etienne De Crecy, Autokratz, Tronic Youth, Fake Blood and many more, this is only going to cement them as a duo to keep a sharp eye on..
On the remix front the duo tore apart Fukkk Offf’s last single Love Me Hate Me Kiss Me Kill Me and have been busy delivering remixes for Etienne De Crecy, Foamo and SiBegg whilst unofficially they dropped a tech’d out remix of Chemical Brothers massive Do It Again.
Expect more soon…
